Sketchbook project

Sometime last summer, July maybe? Another artist (Gennine.com) mentioned a traveling sketchbook project sponsored by the Art House Co-op. You can find information about it at www.thesketchbookproject.com.

My book has an accordion fold inside instead of using the original paper in the provided sketchbook.

Here are the first pictures of it, I will post more of the finished book.

In the middle of this page is an envelope with a small watercolor of "my" valley inserted.




This is the little watercolor in the envelope, it is attached with velvet ribbon.

    Im impressed...as usual.....I wish you would be a mentor for my kelsey...i like to think she has a lot to give but I don't know how to bring it out of her....maybe this sketch book would be a good motivation....love the pics of your your lovely fam.:)

    I love that you took the original pages out of the sketchbook and put in your own. I did that project last year and trying to fill up all those pages-even tho I glued some together was awful and the paper was awful too.

    This is THE most beautiful sketchbook I've seen! Wow Maren! It's really gorgeous. The pet portraits blew me away. Please say hello to Burgess for me and Turbo says Woof! :)
